The Core is the "cork" that goes into the bottle, connects to the air source, and interfaces with the Launcher. This Core Kit contains all the parts to build one Core B, the standard Core.

Each launcher needs at least one Core. Each complete Launcher Kit already includes one of these, so no need to purchase separately. However, consider that extra Cores are great for parties, classes, and camps so you can have the next water rocket on deck.

Removable Cores are unique to the Marimo Labs Launcher design. You can fill your rocket with water and cork it. No losing water as you flip your rocket over to place it on the launcher. Also, no special connector (e.g. Gardena) is needed for your bottle, as this is a full-bore Core design.

Printing the launcher at home?

If you are looking to buy just the non-printed plumbing parts so you can print the rest of it at home, this is the subkit for you. The only other non-printed parts required are rubber bands and cord. You can use what you have at home or buy the Bands and Cord Subkit.

Comes unassembled.

Safety disclaimers

Note that this launcher design remains an experimental work-in-progress and is not a toy. This kit is made available for convenience and is not warranted for suitability for a particular purpose. Design defects may exist. A responsible supervising adult must make a determination of whether your particular combination of printed and non-printed parts, ground anchoring systems, bottles, hoses, pressurizing systems, personal protective equipment, protocols, users, and environment are safe for your application.

The launcher must be firmly anchored to the ground for use. Never point at anyone or anything. No one should ever have any body parts above a pressurized bottle, as the bottle may disengage unexpectedly at any time and cause injury. Heat may cause deformation of parts and all parts should be inspected before every use.

Pressurized systems are inherently dangerous. Adult supervision is always required. No warranty or guarantees are made regarding the safety, performance, or completeness of any designs, models, instructions, or analyses presented.
